$140 | 50-minute sessions | Online across California

These one-on-one sessions provide a space for adults—especially men navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues to explore thoughts, feelings, and values at their own pace. Sessions are typically held weekly via secure telehealth.

Payment

Payment is due at the beginning of each session unless we agree otherwise. I accept credit, debit, and HSA cards through Stripe for your convenience.

Do You Take Insurance?

I do not bill insurance directly in my private practice but can provide super bills for out-of-network reimbursement. I am in-network with certain plans through Rula Health. If you'd like to use insurance, let me know and I can share the Rula link with you.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a session. If notice is not given in time, you will be charged half the session fee.

Good Faith Estimate

By law, clients who do not use insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines expected charges for services. Here are a few key things you should know about your Good Faith Estimate:

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • You may ensure that I give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 3 business days before your Therapy services or item. You can also ask me for a Good Faith Estimate prior to scheduling.

  • If you receive a bill that is $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • It's recommended that you save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
