The Investment & Logistics

Transparency is the foundation of a secure therapeutic relationship. Navigating insurance and fees shouldn't be a barrier to doing the deep work.

  • Individual Therapy: $150 per 50-minute session.

  • Couples Therapy: $195 per 75-minute session (Currently Waitlist Only).

  • In-Network Insurance: I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem, and Blue Shield of California via Headway.

  • Out-of-Network: If you have a PPO plan, I can provide a "Superbill" for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Cancellation Policy: I require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations or "no-shows" are subject to the full session fee, as that time has been specifically reserved for your progress.

A Note on Accessibility: I understand the high-wire act of balancing career and family because I live it every day. As a stay-at-home father during the day and a therapist in the evening, I offer weekend and evening availability to meet you when you are actually free to focus on yourself.
