We focus on slowing down this internal noise and regulating your nervous system so you can show up fully without the constant feeling of being on edge.

Relational Anxiety

Anxiety often shows up most clearly in your closest connections as a constant fear of being "too much" or "not enough." We use Gottman and EFT informed principles to identify the cycles of withdrawal that keep you feeling isolated. By understanding your attachment patterns, you learn how to communicate your needs with clarity and build a secure foundation that survives the ups and downs of life.

The Body

Persistent worry is a physical state of the nervous system that keeps you feeling perpetually unsafe, even when there is no immediate threat. I help you identify how your body holds stress through restlessness, a racing heart, or a body that refuses to turn off. Together, we use somatic awareness to reclaim a sense of physical ease and a steady presence in your daily movements.

Cycle Breaking Stress

For many, anxiety is the emotional byproduct of choosing a different path than the one modeled by your family. This surfaces as a deep-seated guilt or a fear of "betraying" the system when you prioritize your own well-being. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we navigate these feelings so you can remain anchored in your values while establishing the boundaries required for your peace.

Emotional Flexibility

Managing anxiety requires practical tools that allow you to move through overwhelm without being consumed by it. We focus on ACT and DBT-informed skills to help you stay present when your mind tries to pull you into a future of "what ifs." You will learn to observe your thoughts with curiosity rather than judgment, creating the space needed to make intentional, authentic choices.
