Therapy That Honors Your Story
Support for anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and the weight of cultural expectations.
When Life Feels Heavy
Sometimes life feels disconnected, overwhelming, or directionless. Maybe you're constantly in your head—feeling anxious, unmotivated, or unsure how to talk about what’s really going on. If you’ve been carrying emotional pain silently, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
How I Can Help
Together, we’ll work to:
Understand and name what you’re feeling
Reduce anxiety, sadness, and shame
Reconnect with your values and sense of purpose
Build confidence in your decisions and identity
Heal from past wounds and create a more meaningful present
My Approach
I offer grounded, culturally responsive, and collaborative therapy. My work draws from evidence-based practices like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed care.
We’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck—especially those shaped by upbringing or cultural expectations—and move toward a life that feels more authentic and connected. You don’t have to perform, fix everything, or go it alone.
