The framework for change.
An integrated clinical approach to whole-human transformation.
Hi, I am Rafael Cazares, and I created this practice as a dedicated clinical home for fellow pioneers. Therapy is a space for meaningful exploration and purposeful action. My approach is built for Cycle Breakers who are doing the brave work of ending old patterns while building a new legacy. I look at the whole picture of your life through four core areas to ensure the changes you make are deep and sustainable.
The Mind and Psychological Flexibility:
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help you identify where your mind gets stuck in overthinking or avoidance. We train your brain to stop fighting your thoughts and start moving toward what truly matters to you.
The Body and Biological Safety:
Because anxiety and complex trauma live in your nervous system, I focus on how your body carries the weight of your history. By addressing symptoms like chest tightness and irritability, we work to move you back to a place of calm and safety.
The Connection and Relational Health:
I map how your history impacts your current relationships so we can build new ways of connecting that foster intimacy instead of defensiveness.
The Context and Socio-Cultural Roots:
You do not exist in a vacuum. I honor the heritage, education, and environments that shaped you as we look at how external expectations impact your well-being today.
The Integrated Toolkit
While Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is the foundation of my work, I believe in providing you with practical tools for your daily life. I integrate skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to give you a concrete toolkit for real-time relief. This ensures you have the skills to manage the present while we do the deeper work of evolving your future.
