My approach is experiential, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed. I integrate two powerful, evidence-based models to match your needs:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) serves as our framework. It provides the practical skills to unhook from anxious thoughts, quiet the inner critic, and realign your life with your values.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) provides our process for healing. We'll explore how disconnection affects you, safely process core emotions, and develop a stronger, more compassionate connection with yourself and others.
