Practice Policies
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a flat fee of $100.
Good Faith Estimate: Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your medical and mental health care.
